Mr. Piotr Stępniak has a university education. In 1992 he graduated from the University of Guelph in Canada with a BA (Bachelor of Arts). In addition, in 1995 he graduated from ESC Rouen in France, obtaining the title of EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) and obtained the title of MSM (Master of Science in Management) from Purdue University USA. Piotr Stępniak gained knowledge and experience in management, working in turn: (i) in the years 1985 - 1992 at Air Canada-Toronto, Canada, (ii) in the years 1992-1997 at PepsiCola Int'l, Somers, NY, United States, ( iii) in 1998 at Bank Handlowy SA in Warsaw (iv) in 1999-2000 as Development Director in ARMARK, Toronto, Canada, (v) in 2000-2001 as Marketing Director and then - in 2001-2005 - Vice President of the Management Board at Lukas SA and Lukas Bank SA., (vii) in the years 2008-2013 - a member of the Supervisory Board of Skarbiec Asset Management Holding SA Currently, Piotr Stępniak sits on the supervisory boards of the following companies: Kruk SA, Moovena Ubezpieczenia Sp. z oo, Nest Bank SA, BFF Polska SA, Asseco Business Solutions SA, Grupa Kęty SA, Fenville Investments sp. z oo, Vehis Sp. z o. o., VRG SA, W.Kruk SA
