As Vice President of Operations, Ken provides leadership and oversight of all functional aspects of the Operations Department. These include employee recruitment and retention, project staffing, field operations, safety, scheduling, BIM and historic preservation. Additionally, Ken also maintains executive level responsibility for several Grunley projects.
