Victoria Marie Fernandez, MPA, is a dedicated professional in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership development. They have served as Acting Executive Director at the Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership, where they managed finances, grant activities, and curriculum development for nonprofit leaders. Supporting various organizations, including the Nonprofit Professionals of Color Collective, Victoria co-founded initiatives that promote equity and professional growth for people of color in the nonprofit field. They currently hold the position of Director of Thriving Communities at the Grunin Foundation, focusing on capacity building and community support. Victoria's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University-Newark and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
