Martin has held various leadership roles at companies such as Grünenthal Group, Ferring Pharmaceuticals SA Switzerland, Ferring GmbH Germany, and Altana. Their responsibilities have included overseeing manufacturing science, global network and technology, drug development, technical drug delivery, and formulation development. Martin has also managed technical support departments, led multinational teams, and coordinated projects with third-party manufacturers. Martin's expertise spans from research scientist to senior vice president, demonstrating a strong background in pharmaceuticals.

Martin Lück obtained their Stattsexamen in Pharmacy from Kiel University in 1993, followed by a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Technology and Drug Targeting from Freie Universität Berlin in 1997.
