Flemming Baltzersen is an experienced professional with a robust background in electronics and software development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Global Laboratories Test & Verification at GRUNDFOS since May 2016. Previously, Flemming held various managerial roles at MediaTek from 2007 to 2015, overseeing software and hardware development teams, and project management within international projects. Early career experience includes positions as Software and Hardware Systems Engineer at Analog Devices, focusing on embedded software and ASIC design, and as a HW Development Engineer at Telital R&D Denmark and Hagenuk Denmark with a specialization in digital baseband design for GSM. Flemming's educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aalborg University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing.
