Cecilie Kalhøj Kobbelgaard is currently serving as the Global Customer Journey Manager at GRUNDFOS since October 2023. Concurrently, Cecilie holds the position of External Censor at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, focusing on Multimedia design, Digital Concept Development, and Project Management. Previous roles include Lead Experience Strategist and Senior UX Consultant at Valtech, and Project Manager & Development Consultant at UCN act2learn Erhverv. Cecilie has also been involved with Service Design Network as a facilitator and has contributed to various design and educational projects across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Cand. Polyt in Industrial Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Aalborg University, supplemented by earlier education at Engelsholm Højskole and Aarhus Katedralskole.
