Brittney Crandall, CAPS, currently serves as Regional Property Manager and Area Lease-Up Manager at Grubb Properties since April 2019, where responsibilities include supporting lease-up communities and liaising between development and operations. Previous experience includes roles as Property Manager and Community Manager at Cortland, and several Property Manager positions at Davis Development, Village Green Properties, Colonial Properties Trust, Yopp Properties LLC, David Drye Company, and Pickering & Company, showcasing a strong background in property management and customer service. Brittney is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University from 2021 to 2025.
