Rupa Shalini has worked as a Design Manager at Groyyo since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer at Orient Craft Limited from November 2017 until July 2023. Before joining Orient Craft Limited, they worked as a Designer at J.J expo-Impo from June 2015 until October 2017.

Rupa Shalini started their education in the field of business and commerce at NIOS, Bhagalpur from 2009 to 2011. RUPA then pursued a Bachelor of Design degree in Apparel and Textile Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Kannur from 2011 to 2015.
