Kati Hristova has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kati is currently the CEO and Founder of Growyze, a management solution for the hospitality industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at ScreenCloud, where they successfully managed a complex compliance project. Before that, they served as an Operations Contract Manager at Inspired Energy plc, contributing to the recovery of additional funds for Gatwick Airport and overseeing various energy management initiatives. Kati also has experience at SSP Group Plc., where they held roles as a Services Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and Productivity Project Manager, implementing strategies to improve financial control, reduce operational losses, and optimize labor resources.

Kati Hristova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Later, in 2019, they pursued a certification in Project Management and achieved the Prince 2 Practitioner qualification from Axelos. Prior to their time at London Metropolitan University, Kati earned another Bachelor's degree in Business and Financial Systems at the University of National and World Economy, where they enrolled from 1997 to 1999.
