Keerthana Ramesh is an experienced professional in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as an Employee Experience Champion at Groww since December 2023. Previously, Keerthana held the position of Associate Lead HR - Engagement & Culture Specialist at CoinSwitch from September 2021 to January 2024 and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Fujitsu India from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior to these roles, Keerthana was a Senior Executive in Internal Communication at Teleperformance India from November 2016 to March 2020, and briefly worked as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in mid-2015. Keerthana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance obtained between 2012 and 2015, and completed an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management at Alliance University from 2019 to 2021.
