Avnish Gupta is an experienced engineering leader with a career spanning over 15 years in technology and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Groww CreditServ, Avnish oversees all engineering functions, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and leading the development of unified platform capabilities. Previous roles include Engineering Leader at Gojek, where Avnish managed customer incentive verticals, and Senior Engineering Manager at Navi, focusing on core banking operations. Avnish's extensive experience at Flipkart includes roles such as Engineering Manager for various platforms and being the first engineer on the payments team, where foundational payment microservices were developed. Avnish began a career at UnitedLex Corporation as a Software Engineer, following an internship at Symantec. Avnish holds a B.E. (Hons.) in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
