Justin is the Executive Director of Growthwell Foods. With more than 10 years of experience in the F&B and food manufacturing industry, Justin is the second-generation leader of the company and a serial entrepreneur with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.

He is also the co-founder of Greendot, Singapore’s largest fast casual plant-based restaurant chain, and the Chief Executive Officer of Glife Technologies, a B2B food technology company operating as a vertical food service solution provider within the food supply chain.

As Executive Director, Justin oversees the business’s strategic vision to drive company growth. He builds an effective team of leaders and leads decisions aiming to promote the organisation’s mission. Justin also identifies potential strategic investments and directs fundraising efforts for Growthwell Foods’ global expansion.
