Shenhav Drori has a strong background in human resources operations. Shenhav started their career at Applied Materials in 2014 as an HR Operations Coordinator, where they managed the HR system and was responsible for the employee life cycle. Shenhav then moved to Samsung Israel R&D Center as an HR Systems Specialist, where they handled new hire administration and managed the HR system, Workday. In 2019, Shenhav joined eggXYt as a Human Resources operations professional, focusing on onboarding and employment terminations, as well as managing payroll and benefits processes. Currently, Shenhav is working at Growthspace, where they are responsible for various HR operations such as payroll and benefits processing, onboarding, and treatment of employment terminations. Shenhav has extensive experience in HRIS systems and is skilled in data analysis and reporting.

Shenhav Drori completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2017.
