Naseema Fakir is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Growthpoint Properties since July 2024. With extensive experience in the field, Naseema previously held the role of Group HR Manager at Sasfin Securities and served as the Head of Human Resources at Sasfin Bank Limited for over two decades. Naseema's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce, an Honours degree in Human Resources, and a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
