Stefan Daniëls is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Studios at Growth Tribe Academy since January 2017. In this role, Stefan designs impactful learning journeys tailored to diverse organizations, maintains expertise in Growth, Data Science, UX, Product Management, and Innovation, and ensures the alignment of learning solutions with capability assessments. Previously, Stefan held positions such as Global Training Director, managing a team of 22 international trainers, and Head of Training, where processes and a team of Growth Hacking and Data Science trainers were established. Stefan's earlier roles include Growth Hacker at The Next Closet, Art Director and Designer at Matters Most, and Curator for Google Poëzie at NRC Media. Stefan holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design and has furthered expertise in Growth Hacking and Learning Experience Design.
