Alaina Oltrogge is an accomplished Operations Manager and IT Project Manager at Growth Tribe since November 2019, where responsibilities include creating grant proposals and managing funding opportunities across Europe. Alaina also served as a Freelance Editor and was the Skills & Training Service Lead at X-Europe from January 2020 to May 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Linguistics from the University of Oxford and dual Bachelor's degrees in French Language and Literature and Music Performance from the University of Denver. Early career experiences include working as an English language teaching assistant in France and performing as a freelance musician.
