Alexander Hipwell has extensive experience in content production, operations, and community engagement within the media and marketing sectors. Currently serving in a dual role at xGrowth since October 2018 focusing on content and operations, and concurrently producing and managing the Growth Colony podcast, Alexander actively engages with B2B experts to discuss growth strategies. Additionally, Alexander has contributed significantly to the Melbourne WebFest as a co-founder and director for several years, overseeing festival programming, stakeholder management, and marketing. Academic involvement includes coordinating and lecturing in media courses at RMIT University and holding sessional positions at Swinburne and Deakin Universities, while also mentoring students in the field. Educational credentials include a Master of Media from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Creative Arts from Deakin University.
