Ashley McClintock has extensive experience in the field of human resources and corporate services, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at GROWMARK, Inc. since February 2011. Throughout the tenure at GROWMARK, Ashley has held various positions including Business Process Consultant, Crop Nutrients Business Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and University Relations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Staffing & Performance Management Specialist at Heartland Bank and Trust Company and as a Service Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2007.
