Karol Rocha has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Currently working as a People & Culture Focal Point at GrowinCo., Karol is responsible for managing organizational performance, salaries, diversity and inclusion initiatives, training and development, and recruitment. Previously, Karol has experience as a People & Culture Analyst and intern in the same field. Additionally, Karol has a background in education as a former teacher at CEI Semeando o Futuro and experience as an administrative assistant at Paraná Banco S/A. Karol is currently pursuing a specialization in Human and Organizational Development, a Master of Business Administration, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
