Taylor Watson CPC, CPCO, CPB, AAPC MACRA Proficient has worked in the medical field since 2016. In that year, they began working as a Public Health Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where they developed the Programa de Prevención de Zika for Proyecto LAUNCH and served as a Chronic Disease Moderator for the PHAP Journal Club and a member of the Organization for Hispanic / Latinx Allies in Health. In 2016, they also began working at Medical Billing Inc. of Delaware Valley as the Director of Research and Development, where they achieved 2019 AAPC MACRA Proficiency, Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Biller, and Certified Professional Compliance Officer status. In this role, they also served as a Medical Coder and Biller for several practices, sent claims to insurances for reimbursement with 100% HIPAA compliance, and developed MBIDV Provider Updates Newsletter and MIPS programs for specific practices. In 2020, Watson began working at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD. as a Revenue Cycle Manager. Currently, they are working as the Revenue Cycle Management Lead at Grow Therapy.

Taylor Watson has a Bachelor's Degree from St. Francis College, with a major in Health Promotion and Science, a major in Social Studies, and a minor in History, obtained in 2016.
