Jason Harinstein serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Collectors, overseeing the parent company of Collectors Universe since December 2021. In addition to this role, Jason holds a position as Board Director at Groupon, where involvement includes serving as Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee. As Founding Chair of Cycle for Survival's Leaders Circle, Jason contributes to rare cancer research initiatives. Jason has extensive experience on various boards, including Slice and Alkuri Global Acquisition Corp., and previously held the CFO position at Flatiron Health, guiding the company through a $2 billion sale to Roche. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
