Harita Desai is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Group Head of Talent at GroupM. Previously, Harita held the position of Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Mindshare and advanced through various roles at GroupM, including Manager - Talent, Talent Executive, and Talent Development Intern. Harita began the career with a summer traineeship at Ipca Laboratories Limited. Educationally, Harita holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources from Mumbai Educational Trust and a Master of Commerce in Business Management from the University of Mumbai.
