Romain Garcia has extensive experience in management and finance, currently serving as Secrétaire général Groupe and member of the executive board at GROUPE SOS, overseeing a workforce of 22,000 across 850 establishments and services, delivering support to 2 million beneficiaries across various sectors. Responsibilities include strategy, management, organization, human resources, financial control, and more, leading a team of over 250 collaborators. Romain also manages assets totaling 1 billion, including real estate and financial portfolio, and oversees 350 million in bank debt as Finances & Gestion des Participations member of the executive board. Previously, Romain held the position of Directeur Financier at GROUPE SOS PARTICIPATIONS and served as Président at Mazars. Romain holds a Master 2 in Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and is currently pursuing a certificate in Leadership and Complex Management at Sciences Po.
