Axel Dargein is an experienced professional currently serving as Responsable des parcs à grumes at Groupe SIAT since March 2020, overseeing production in three lumber yards and a band saw unit, managing a team of 25, addressing production challenges, and ensuring operational performance in safety, productivity, and quality. Previous roles include Ingénieur Méthode, focusing on equipment reliability and lean tools at Groupe SIAT, and a PFE project that standardized production lines and implemented lean displays. Additional experience includes a research and development internship at Gascogne Bois, an exchange program at the University of Eastern Finland, and leadership as President of La Nautique du Bois, where Axel developed administrative rigor and project management skills. Axel also gained foundational experience in production and operations through an internship at FRANCE MATERIAUX, and early exposure to professional environments through various internships and projects during education at Ecole Supérieure du Bois, Lycée Saliège, and Collège Lycée Barral.
