Matthieu Santon serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Groupe Rand since July 2020, overseeing corporate development, financing processes, financial reporting, and budgeting. Prior to this role, Matthieu held the position of Vice President (CFO - COO) at Rand Accessories Inc., managing finance and retail operations. Experience also includes significant roles in corporate development and M&A at Groupe Casino, where Matthieu specialized in restructuring and strategic support in Europe and Latin America. Additional expertise has been gained through previous positions at Grupo Éxito, Perella Weinberg Partners, Merrill Lynch, and Rothschild. Matthieu holds an education from ESCP Business School and Ecole de Provence.
