Léon PHELIPPEAU currently holds the position of Chargé de missions développement groupe at Groupe Polylogis since January 2024, focusing on real estate opportunity studies, coordination of responses to multiple AMI, and data analysis to inform the group's development strategy. Prior to this role, Léon served at AORIF as Chargé de mission zéro artificialisation nette from September 2023 to December 2023, aiding social housing organizations in Île-de-France. Previous internships include positions at Groupe Polylogis, ADEQUATION, and Espacité, where Léon contributed to urban development studies and analyses. Academically, Léon is pursuing a Master's degree in Urban Territorial Strategies at Sciences Po and holds a double degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
