Lila Zenad has extensive experience in customer service and sales analysis, currently serving as the customer service manager at Groupe Marcelle since May 2016. From March 2011 to the present, Lila has also held the position of sales planner at Lise Watier Cosmétiques. Prior experience includes roles as a sales analyst at Yves Rocher and Cameo Inc., and a technology watch manager at Saidal pharmaceutique. Lila Zenad holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC, obtained between 2004 and 2005, and a degree in statistics from INPS, completed from 1995 to 2001.
