Joelle Desormes is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Groupe LOU-TEC inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Joelle held positions including IT Director for Digital Technologies at Vidéotron from January 2017 to March 2022, and Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience at Orckestra from August 2014 to December 2016. Earlier in Joelle's career, significant contributions were made as eCommerce Projects Director at ALDO Group, and as a Teaching Assistant for Project Management Tools at HEC Montreal. Joelle began the professional journey at Accenture, where responsibilities as System Integration & Technology Manager were undertaken from May 2004 to March 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, certification as a Product Manager Level III from Pragmatic Marketing, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
