Didier Deroy has a diverse background in mechanical leadership and project management. Currently serving as Chef d’équipe mecanique at Groupe Lebel since April 2020, Didier also operates À mon compte as a Director since February 2016. Previous experience includes the role of Adjoint administratif at Enercon Services Canada and short-term positions at EBC inc. in 2013 and 2017, where responsibilities included various operator roles such as skytrack, ez drill, and cement truck operations, as well as welding and team leadership.
