Boris Antoine, CEH, CISSP®, currently serves as the MIS Manager and Full Stack Developer at Groupe HM since June 2017, focusing on client needs and high-quality product delivery. Previously, Boris worked as a Software Developer at the Haitian Embassy in Bahamas, developing a database system for passport administration with SMS integration in late 2022. With a robust background in IT management and software development, Boris has held multiple roles, including IT Manager and Passport Unit Supervisor at the Haitian Embassy in Santo Domingo, and has contributed to passport database systems at various Haitian consulates. Boris’s early career includes networking consultancy and web management roles, backed by education in Information Technology and Technical Computer Science from The Academy of South Florida and Centre de Formation Professionelle Haiti.
