Subburaj P has extensive experience in sustainability and human resources management, currently serving as India Sustainability Manager at Groupe Eram since March 2015 and as Human Resources Manager at Bella India since April 2014. Previously, Subburaj P worked at Birdy Exports Pvt Ltd as Division Manager for Compliance and CSR, managing audits from March 2004 to March 2013, and held the position of HR and Admin Manager at Apparel * Fashion during the same period, overseeing all HR functions. Subburaj P holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University, completed in 2001, and completed secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
