Estelle Cherruau is the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Groupe Casino and a member of the executive committee. They have extensive experience in social law, having worked at Ernst & Young as a lawyer and held various roles at Groupe Casino from 2011 to 2022, including Directrice des Affaires Sociales and Directrice Juridique Social. Estelle also served as a social law jurist at Air France and other law firms earlier in their career. They are currently pursuing a Maîtrise de droit privé at Université Panthéon Assas and completing their Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat at the Ecole du Barreau de Paris, alongside a DEA in social law from Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
