Bertrand Wattebled has extensive work experience in the field of purchasing and finance. Bertrand is currently the Head of purchasing for IT & non IT intellectual services at Groupe BPCE. Prior to this, they worked at Société Générale, where they held various roles including Deputy Head of intellectual services purchasing, Head of consulting purchasing, and Senior Buyer. Before their time at Société Générale, Bertrand worked as a Global Category Manager at Bosch and as a Senior Manager Indirect Purchasing at Bosch France. Bertrand also has experience as a Lead Buyer, both in Western Europe and in France & Benelux, at Bosch. Earlier in their career, Bertrand worked as a Financial Controller at Bosch and as part of the Junior Management Program at Bosch France. Bertrand began their career as a Business Analyst at Total and completed an internship as a Private Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch.
Bertrand Wattebled completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at emlyon business school from 1999 to 2003. Bertrand also pursued an MBA at the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology in 2003 and at the Alliance Manchester Business School in 2002. Prior to these qualifications, they attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand in Paris 5 from 1997 to 1999 for a preparation class for French competitive exams, and they obtained their Baccalauréat (S) with distinction at Lycée Louis Blaringhem in Béthune, Pas de Calais in 1997. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields such as responsible purchasing and investment management from institutions like AFNOR Compétences and Coursera Course Certificates.
