Nicolas Boileau is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in quality control and project execution. Currently, at Groupe ABS since August 2016, Nicolas oversees project success from planning to billing, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining high-quality standards on-site. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked at Pomerleau Inc. as a site engineer, where responsibilities included method development and coordination among subcontractors across multiple significant projects. Earlier experience includes positions in research at Polytechnique Montréal and internships with Ville de Kirkland and The Home Depot Canada, showcasing a strong foundation in civil engineering and client service. Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Diploma in Natural Sciences from Collège Gérald-Godin.
