Alexander Ivanov has extensive experience in sales and quality management, currently serving as the Head of Sales Department and Director of Quality Management at ТехноПрогресс since July 2014. Responsibilities include creating and overseeing quality management systems, defining QA policies, and supervising customer interactions. Previously, as Director of Quality & Standards at Бизнес Молодость, Alexander established quality standards and created KPI systems for sales teams. Earlier roles include Head of Reservation & User Support Department at Ostrovok.ru and Customer Relationship/Sales Manager at Rosjurconsulting, where notable achievements included assisting 15 couples in surrogacy programs. Alexander's career began as a Personal Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Defence, providing skills in communication and time management. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's in HR Management and an MBA from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and a Linguist degree from the Military University of Ministry of Defence.
