Todd Watts has a diverse work experience in various roles. Todd started their career as an Apprentice Engineer at Anton Paar UK & Ireland in 2012. After that, they worked at MAHLE as a Master Thesis researcher in 2017, where they focused on advanced control of a TR-PHEV. Todd then joined EngageTech Ltd as a Business Development Consultant in 2017, where they specialized in performance-based demand generation solutions. In 2018, they moved to BSI and held multiple positions, including Mechanical Test Engineer, Senior Test Engineer, and Testing Team Manager. Currently, Todd is working at Group Lotus as a Lead Engineer - Field Quality, a role they started in 2023.

Todd Watts completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Automotive Mechatronics at Cranfield University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Motorsports Engineering from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In 2010 to 2012, Todd attended West Herts College and obtained a BTEC Level 3 Extended diploma in IT (QCF) with a focus on Information Technology.
