Leon Gao has a diverse range of work experience in the design field. Leon is currently the Executive Design Director at Group Lotus since May 2023. Prior to this role, Leon was the Design Director at Group Lotus from August 2022 to May 2023. Leon also founded and hosted the podcast Anyway.fm, a design-focused podcast that was recognized as "Apple iTunes Best of 2015." Leon has held various design positions at companies such as ECARX Technology Co., Ltd., Áúºþ¼¯ÍÅ, Suning Commerce Group Co., Ltd., Whaley, Smartisan Technology Co., Ltd., Xiaomi Technology, Hewlett-Packard, and frog. These roles include Director, Design Expert, Director of Design, Visual Designer, and Specialist Visual Designer.

Leon Gao attended Shanghai Art & Design Academy from 2002 to 2005, where they studied Multimedia Design.
