Peter Fisher MD, MBA, is the Founder and Principal of Incorsano, a boutique healthcare consultancy delivering services that help lab companies spanning all stages, from the early platform, assay, and service startups, all the way through to multihospital systems and international diagnostic lab corporations.

Peter previously served as President, CEO, and Clinical Lab Director of Health Network Laboratories, (HNL Lab Medicine). Through a mix of diagnostics and services innovations together with accretive mergers and acquisitions, HNL grew as a highly profitable, multiregional healthcare diagnostics laboratory with clients across the United States and in over 20 countries worldwide. Prior to HNL, Peter served on the research, clinical, teaching, and administrative faculty of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia University.

Peter is a board-certified pathologist having completed his residency and fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He earned an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and his medical degree from the University of London.
