Thorn Bigley has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as an EDS Global Account Manager at Tech Mahindra. There, they won and managed a global outsourcing contract and aligned business units within EDS to outsourced technology specialties. In 2005, they became a partner at SalesImpaq | The Sourcing Group, where they provided operational executives and teams with solutions for sales, marketing, and product growth. Additionally, they co-developed a proprietary "assessment" survey tool to determine CEO priorities. Next, Thorn worked as the Director of Strategic Alliances at InContinuum Software from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Group FiO starting in 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to present, Thorn was the Vice President at EMS, where they focused on providing financial security solutions for business owners and professionals.

Thorn Bigley's education history includes attending The University of Kansas, where they studied Advertising and Education. They also studied TQM Certification at California State University, Long Beach. Thorn Bigley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Eastern New Mexico University.
