Eddie Mansius is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Grosvenor since October 2021 and previously held the position of Development Manager. Prior to Grosvenor, Eddie worked at JBG SMITH from June 2017 to October 2021 as a Senior Development Analyst, contributing to various aspects of urban development projects. Eddie's experience includes a role as a Real Estate Summer Analyst at KKR & Co. L.P., where analysis of potential acquisition and development opportunities was conducted. Eddie also held leadership positions during internships with organizations such as Brown University Office of Alumni Relations and Eskolta School Research and Design, demonstrating a strong capability in project management and multimedia content creation.
