Jim was the founder and developer of Hidden Springs, Idaho, a 1,700-acre, 848-home, national award-winning and environmentally sensitive master-planned community in northwest Boise. He also originated Boise’s first non-parochial independent K-12 school now known as Riverstone International School.
Jim graduated cum laude with a BA degree in Political Science from Colorado College, where he was also a two-year college All-American Skier. Jim was chairman of and organized the World Special Olympics Winter Games in Idaho in 2009.
