Senthil Karikalan is a seasoned System Software Engineer at Groq since June 2021, focusing on simplifying computing solutions. Prior to this, Senthil spent over 13 years at Cisco, where roles included Software Engineer Technical Lead, specializing in the development of platform software for multiple generations of networking ASICs and custom silicon chips for the Nexus family of Data-Centre switching products. Senthil also held the position of Software Engineer IV, leading platform software development on advanced switching products. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer at Conexant, working on Windows CE wireless client drivers, and as a Software Engineer at L&T Infotech, developing client-side drivers and application software on embedded systems. Senthil holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
