Danielle Costello is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Groov since April 2021, Danielle focuses on enhancing workplace mental wellbeing through tailored platforms. Prior to Groov, Danielle held positions at Triquestra as an Account & Channel Manager, proactively building long-term relationships with customers and partners. Danielle's tenure at Nintex included roles as an Account Manager and Expansion Manager, where efforts were directed towards process management and optimizing business functions for over 8,000 clients globally. Earlier, as an Information Manager at Auckland City Council, Danielle contributed to significant projects, including involvement in notable events like the America's Cup. Danielle holds a Diploma in Learning and Development from Auckland University of Technology.
