Andrea Bortner currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Grocery Outlet since March 2020, leading HR strategies for a high-growth extreme value retail chain. Previously, Andrea held the Chief Human Resources Officer position at Maxar Technologies and Catalina Marketing, overseeing global HR functions and internal communications within large organizations. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Talent Solutions and Vice President of Talent Management at Harris Corporation, where Andrea developed talent strategies and processes. Andrea’s career also features leadership roles at Gap Inc. and PepsiCo, along with executive coaching as President of Insight Into Action, Inc. Andrea Bortner holds an MBA in Organizational Development from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Canisius University.
