Anne Real has worked in a variety of roles over the past thirteen years. In 2007, they began their career as an Office Assistant at Middle East Marketing Co. Anne then moved to French Fashion University of Esmod, Dubai in 2010 as a Hair and Makeup Artist. That same year, they also began working at Info Salons Group as a Data Entry Encoder / Registration & Distribution Staff. In 2012, they joined Xerox as an Administrative Coordinator and dnata as a Customer Service Agent. In 2018, they returned to Info Salons Group as an Online Experiences Coordinator. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Grip as a Senior Project Manager, EMEA, after having previously worked there as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator.

Anne Real completed their BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) from Distance Education, Jaipur National University between 2011 and 2013. Anne also attended St Mary's Catholic School from 1999 to 2010.
