Emma Mork has extensive experience in employability and support roles, currently serving as the Director of the ESF Leap Contract and Regional Employability Manager at Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education and National Employer Training, respectively. Since July 2014, Emma has focused on tutoring employability units, managing learner registrations, and promoting courses through social media. Previous roles include Employment Advisor and Group Employment Advisor at Intraining and Working Links, where Emma assisted long-term unemployed individuals facing barriers such as addiction and homelessness. Emma also served as Support Manager at YMCA Humber, supervising a team to provide 24-hour support to clients with diverse challenges.
