Brock Eaker is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 15 years in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as the IT Support Lead at Grimco, Inc. since May 2021, Brock has previously held roles including Support Engineer and Support Manager at Forensic IT from March 2011 to February 2022, where responsibilities included providing advanced support for North American breweries and acting as the primary office IT manager. Prior experiences include serving as a Systems Engineer at Applied Information Systems, where Brock deployed Systems Center Configuration Manager for domestic breweries, and as an MSS Assistant at Southern Illinois University, delivering end-user support. Brock holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
