Tami Charette is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant management and event catering. Currently serving as Executive Chef and General Manager at Grill Concepts, Inc. since March 2016, Tami also holds roles as CFO, HR, and Public Relations at Performance AutoCare since June 2014, and operates as a private chef and caterer since May 2014. Tami's previous experience includes positions such as Chef de Cuisine and General Manager at Kent Rathbun Concepts, Executive Chef at Bravo Catering, and Sous Chef at Tillman's Roadhouse. Tami began culinary training at the Academy of Culinary Education and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Hospitality, and Restaurant Management from San Diego State University.
