Simon Manoucherian is a seasoned legal and human resources professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America and Global Biopharma at Grifols since September 2008, overseeing HR functions for 17,000 employees and a division generating over $5 billion in annual revenue. Prior roles at Grifols include Deputy General Counsel, where Simon managed the legal function in North America, and Assistant General Counsel, focusing on litigation and employment matters. Simon’s legal career began at Ourfalian & Ourfalian, moving on to Knapp, Petersen & Clarke, and later becoming a Partner at Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP, specializing in litigation involving employment, discrimination, and business disputes. Simon holds a JD from Southwestern Law School, a BA in Political Science from California Lutheran University, and completed an Executive Education program at Georgetown University.
