Elliot Neufeld serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the State of Ohio's Department of Corrections since August 2012. Additionally, Elliot holds the title of Medical Director at both Grifols and BioBlood Components, positions held since 2003. Elliot earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from DesMoines University between 1971 and 1974.
